Standard and expedited orders will be processed within 1-2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed for shipping the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information directly from our 3rd party carriers (USPS/UPS). Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 hours after the order was shipped.
Nature Loves You Skincare is grateful for our customers and offers free shipping in the contiguous United States on orders $50 and up, and $5 flat rate shipping for all other orders.

Where can I ship my order?
Nature Loves You Skincare accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories). Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally (including Canada) at this time.
We accept returns for damaged goods within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. Please save the box and merchandise, take a photo of the damaged product, and email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can promptly replace the item.
Can I return/exchange products purchased from a different retailer on Naturelovesyouskincare.com?
Unfortunately, only products ordered online may be returned to Naturelovesyouskincare.com. Any product purchased at a retail location must be returned to that location.
