Refund policy

We accept returns for damaged goods within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. Please save the box and merchandise, take a photo of the damaged product, and email us immediately at service@naturelovesyouskincare.com so we can promptly replace the item. 

Can I return/exchange products purchased from a different retailer on Naturelovesyouskincare.com?

Unfortunately, only products ordered online may be returned to Naturelovesyouskincare.com. Any product purchased at a retail location must be returned to that location.
